What You'll Do

​Nikity Games is looking for a talented Art Designer who is passionate about games and driven to create visually compelling and cohesive experiences. In this role, you will work closely with artists, designers, and developers to define and execute the visual direction of the game, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency across all elements.

In this role, you will

​

• Define and maintain the visual style and artistic direction of the project

• Create and develop concept art, mood boards, and visual guidelines

• Collaborate with 3D artists, UI/UX designers, and developers to ensure visual consistency

• Oversee the integration of art assets into the game, ensuring alignment with gameplay and performance requirements

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, maintaining high artistic standards

• Contribute to the overall look and feel, including color, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling

• Ensure all visual elements support an engaging and immersive player experience

What we're looking for

​

• 3+ years of experience in art design, preferably within the game industry

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual direction, concept art, and design consistency

• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling

• Experience working with game engines (Unity or Unreal Engine)

• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts and production-ready assets

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams

• Passion for games and creating high-quality player experiences

• A keen artistic eye with strong attention to detail
