What You'll Do

​Nikity Games is looking for a talented 3D Artist who is passionate about games and experienced in creating high-quality, real-time assets for immersive gameplay experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with designers, developers, and technical artists to bring visually compelling environments and assets to life.

 

In this role, you will

​

• Create high-quality 3D models, including environments, props, and assets optimized for real-time performance

• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure visual consistency and gameplay integration

• Develop and refine textures, materials, and shaders with attention to detail and realism

• Optimize assets for performance, including polygon count, UVs, and texture efficiency

• Contribute to the visual direction and artistic quality of the project

• Iterate on assets based on feedback to achieve the highest level of polish

• Ensure assets meet technical requirements and are production-ready for game engines​

What we're looking for

​

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist in game development or real-time projects

• Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter)

• Solid understanding of low-poly modeling, topology, UV mapping, and PBR workflows

• Experience creating assets optimized for real-time engines (Unity or Unreal Engine)

• Strong artistic eye with attention to detail, lighting, and composition

• Understanding of performance constraints and optimization techniques

• Passion for games with a broad understanding of visual styles and player experience

• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
